Welcome to Pema Yoga.

The meaning of ‘Pema Yoga’ encapsulates what we offer – a physical yoga practice guided by the Tibetan Buddhist wisdom tradition. Pema is Tibetan for lotus, symbolic of the cultivation of genuine wellbeing that can arise out of even difficult situations: a lotus flower in bloom emerges out of muddy waters, without any blemish or stains. We offer accessible methods to bring the body and mind to natural states of relaxation, calm and clarity and to develop wellbeing and warm heartedness.
